These terms govern your use of qunmanwork.com and any order you place through it. By placing an order you accept them, so please read them first.

About us

This site is operated by Guangzhou Kunman Trading Co., Ltd., trading as QUNWORK, registered address Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that entity.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential.

Products and descriptions

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including internal dimensions. Photographs are of the actual product, but screens vary, so colour may differ slightly. Natural materials such as bamboo vary in grain and tone between units — that is a characteristic, not a defect. If an exact size is critical to your fit, ask us to confirm it before ordering.

Pricing and currency

All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude shipping unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order. If a price was clearly wrong — for example a decimal point in the wrong place — we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a contract. A contract exists only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. Until then we may decline an order — for example if the item is out of stock, if we cannot ship to your address, if payment is not authorised, or if we suspect fraud. If we decline, we refund anything you have paid in full.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our third-party payment provider, and is authorised before dispatch. We do not store your full card details. If a payment is reversed or charged back after dispatch, we may ask for the goods back or invoice you for their value.

Shipping, risk and title

Dispatch and delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes when we have received payment in full. Import duties and taxes are the recipient’s responsibility.

Returns

Returns, refunds and damage claims are governed by our Returns & Refunds page, which forms part of these terms. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Promotions and discount codes

Discounts are single-use unless the offer says otherwise, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and expire on the date shown. We may withdraw a promotion at any time, but orders already placed at the discounted price are honoured.

Intellectual property

Product photography, copy and the QUNWORK name and marks on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written consent. You keep ownership of anything you send us, and grant us permission to use it only as far as needed to answer you.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site; do not scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others; and do not place orders you do not intend to pay for.

Third-party links and services

We may link to third-party sites and we use third-party services for payment, shipping and hosting. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

Warranty disclaimer

We warrant that goods will match their description and be of satisfactory quality on delivery. Beyond that, and to the fullest extent the law allows, the site is provided “as is” and we give no further warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of an order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit, lost business, or the cost of substitute goods. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims and costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, and the courts located in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China have non-exclusive jurisdiction. This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country in which you live, and you may bring proceedings in your own courts where that law gives you the right.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. Material changes will be noted on this page.

Severability

If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force and the unenforceable part is read as narrowly as possible.
