Shipping & Delivery

Everything in the catalogue is desk-scale, so it ships as an ordinary parcel. Here is what to expect after you order.

Dispatch time

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days of cleared payment. Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday start on the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Typical delivery after dispatch is 3–7 business days for domestic orders, and longer for international destinations. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees — weather, customs and peak season all move the date.

Shipping charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout from the delivery address and the weight of the parcel. The exact figure is shown before you pay, and nothing is added afterwards.

Where we ship

We ship to the destinations offered in the checkout. If your country is not listed, email Mail us at gzkunman1@outlook.com. and we will check whether we can quote a rate.

Tracking

When your parcel is handed to the carrier you get a dispatch email with a tracking number. Tracking sometimes takes a few hours to go live after the label is created.

Customs, duties and import charges

For deliveries outside the country of dispatch, any customs duty, import VAT or handling fee is the recipient’s responsibility. These are charged by your country’s customs authority, not by us, and we cannot predict or refund them. If you refuse a parcel because of import charges, the refund is reduced by the original outbound shipping cost.

If a parcel is late or missing

Check the tracking link first — most delays are the carrier moving the parcel between depots. If tracking has not updated for five business days, or the parcel is marked delivered but is not with you, email Mail us at gzkunman1@outlook.com. with the order number and we will open a carrier investigation and replace or refund as appropriate.

Wrong address

Tell us as soon as possible if the delivery address is wrong. We can usually correct it before dispatch. Once a parcel has left, an address correction may not be possible, and a parcel returned to us as undeliverable is refunded minus the outbound shipping cost.

Packing

Fragile items are wrapped; sets are packed so the small pieces cannot escape. If a parcel arrives visibly crushed or open, note it with the carrier when signing if you can, and photograph it before opening. That makes a damage claim straightforward.
